Prediction: Miami 17 Buffalo 14
The Dolphins are going to win this game because of one thing. DEFENSE. So far this year Miami has relied on their defense for big plays and after shutting down the Titans last week we shouldn’t expect any less.
Prediction: Minnesota 27 Chicago 13
With Jeff George leading this potent passing attack the Vikings should win with ease this weekend. Chicago came off a fluky victory last week with blocked field goal but that won't be happening this weekend because they are going to get blown out.
Prediction: Indianapolis 34 NY Giants 10
This game will feature a great match up with Jason Seahorn going up against Marvin Harrison. I see Harrison winning this match up but even besides that the Colts have one of the most potent offenses and a offensive line dedicated to protecting Payton Manning.
Prediction: Cleveland 14 Pittsburgh 24
With the horrible loss at to Baltimore, Cleveland should bounce back and score some points but they will still lose to Pittsburgh. If Eric Rhett can go wild against the Browns, look for "the Bus" finding the endzone often and him accumulating a lot of yardage.
Prediction: San Francisco 24 New Orleans 21
Look for the 49ers to bounce back from their horrible loss to the Pittsburgh Stealers and beat the lonely New Orleans Saints in a tight game. Hopefully Jeff Garcia gets better protection and powerful San Francisco offense will get going again.
Prediction: Carolina 14 St Louis 27
The two game losing streak will end this Sunday when the Panthers meet St. Louis at home. Look for Kurt Warner and Marshal Faulk to pick apart the Carolina defense. This will be the game that the St. Louis defense bounces back.
Prediction: Kansas City 13 Tampa Bay 14
Trent Dilfer broke out for an amazing (maybe once in a lifetime in his case) game in which he threw for 3 TD's. This won't happen but if Dilfer throws for a TD and no interception and controls the clock the game will be Tampa's.
Prediction: Tennessee 34 Cincinnati 10
Steve McNair will bounce back from the horrible game against the Dolphins and will have a very good game against the horrible defense of the Bengal's. Look for McNair to find Kevin Dyson in the endzone at least once and Eddie George will dominate the ground game.
Prediction: Washington 31 Philadelphia 14
Look for one of the best offense in the NFL to continue there way despite the loss to the Bills last week. The only bright spot for the eagles was the excellent play of Duce Stanley. Philadelphia may pull out a miracle win if Duce Stanley has another amazing game and if the Philadelphia defense put a decent pass rush to stop Brad Johnson
Prediction: Baltimore 6 Jacksonville 45
Ok this has got to be a no brainier. The Jacksonville offense is coming alive with Fred Taylor, Jimmy Smith, and Mark Brunnel coming together and actually producing for once. The defense was also strong last week forcing 10 sacks and 3 interception. Look out for a landslide victory.
Prediction: San Diego 3 Oakland 24
The Black and Silver should come out on top this week if Rich Gannon hooks up with Tim Brown at least seven times and the ground games becomes productive. San Diego has no chance due to their lack luster offense and the strong defense of Oakland.
Prediction: Detroit 21 Arizona 14
The Loins coming of an impressive victory over the St. Louis Rams will look forward to picking apart the Cardinals defense. Look for Johnie Morton and Germaine Cromwell to get wide open for some points.
Prediction: Green Bay 14 Dallas 17
People complain about the 49ers and their poor performance but has anybody seen how horribly the Packers have done the last couple of weeks. Brett Farve has to bring his A game and Dorsey Leavens will be required to carry the offense. Dallas will have to rely on Emmit Smith to win the game and maybe a deep pass once in a while to Rocket Ismail to keep the Packers defense honest.
Prediction: Denver 17 Seattle 24
After coming off and easy victory over the Bengal's look for Seattle to rely more on Ricky Watters and with Joey Galloway coming back, Seattle will actually have an amazing passing game. Denver just has no chance due to their injury riddled line up.
Prediction: NY Jets 14 New England 31
Drew Bledose will have a field day in the big game verse the Jets. Look for him and Terry Glenn to hook up on many occasions and everybody else who is part of the New England wide receiving core. This game won't be close, if Vinny was able to play the game would be completely different.
